I concur generally with His Excellency's minute except in so far as relates to the passage marked B, which perhaps I do not clearly understand. It would be certainly much more satisfactory if the original junk seized were returned. But if the junk is really stolen or lost it cannot possibly be returned and the only question is whether compensation should be made. If compensation is given in respect of the original junk engaged, it should be paid in another vessel of the same owner.
